Quality Assurance Analyst
The Quality Assurance Analyst will lead the testing process by designing, developing and implementing test plans, write and maintain test scripts, test environment setup, defect logging, and review of requirements and use cases.

Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software quality assurance procedures that will support the testing and delivery of quality software applications
- Participate in problem-solving processes for resolving end-user support issues, test feasibility of changes, and assess workflow impact, usability, and style
- Participate in requirements and functional spec reviews of new features to convert them to comprehensive test specifications
- Ensure software development and support is aligned with testing best practices
- Develop tools to facilitate test-driven development and the automation of software testing
- Drive the definition and implementation of metrics to provide meaningful QA process improvements

- Solid QA competency in software engineering with experience in the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing
- Experience with unit-test frameworks, version control, and build automation
- Experience with Web Services

Technical Writer
The Technical Writer is for writing and editing technical documentation for the organization’s products. This person must have excellent research skills, communication skills, must be able to organize their ideas, and be able to translate technical terms into text that any reader can understand.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain installation, configuration, how-to-documentation, and online help for both customers and employees.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- As an integral part of cross-functional product teams, this person must learn the products by hands-on experience.
- Complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Confer with client services, support and technology teams to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.
- Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, methods of reproduction and binding.
- Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
- Study drawings, specifications, mockups, and product samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure, and production sequence.
- Interview client services and technology personnel and read documentation journals and other materials to become familiar with the software and features developed.
- Observe software development team to participate in product planning and requirements for development activities to determine operating procedure and detail.
- Arrange for typing, duplication, and distribution of material.

Marketing Team
Marketing Strategist
The Marketing Strategist is responsible for working with a roster of clients to maximize their email marketing efforts through careful and creative analysis and strategic thinking. This includes offering all levels of marketing support such as educating customers on how to build brand recognition and create value using Informz products and teaching eMarketing best practices. Additional duties include representing Informz at tradeshows and conferences presenting on various topics related to email marketing.

Core Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with client services to plan out a long-term strategic direction for all email marketing campaigns.
- Develop new training material and take lead on internal initiatives to familiarize the sales and client services teams with best practices and latest email marketing trends.
- Develop creative content for blogging, webinars, presentations, whitepapers and case studies.
Monitor the performance of client email campaigns and recommend strategic shifts as needed.
- Prepare and analyze in-depth reports and metrics generated by client email campaigns as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
- Manage client needs for feature enhancements and changes to our application.
- Effectively apply various email best practices broken out by client industry in order to improve subscriber experience and response while differentiating the clients email program to stand out from inbox competition.
- Keep well informed of emerging industry trends by reading reports and publications including participating in training webinars.
- Acquire a thorough knowledge of the necessary tools and software needed to execute the job.
- Attend tradeshows, industry conferences and coordinate client visits.
