BASIC PURPOSE
The Database Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing and
operating the database systems with focus on performance and reliability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The DBA will work along with developers to create optimal database solutions and
is responsible for implementation and release of database changes. This role
includes monitoring the database operations, ensure services function with
minimal downtime and make recommendations relating to performance.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information science or
management information systems
Minimum 5 years experience with MS SQL
Equipment Applications
Experience with MS SQL 2005 or 2008 preferred
CLR a plus
Work Environment and Physical Demands

eMarketing Advisor
BASIC PURPOSE
Advise a number of existing and new clients on effective and strategic
eMarketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance of revenue stream with existing clients
Maintenance and development of client relationships
Recognition of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Train new and existing clients to use product and services
Conduct live and Web conferencing demonstrations of product
Coordinate new account transition from sales
Develop internal relationships to manage all aspects of client business
Assist the client in functions that will add to the value of products and
services

Software Quality Assurance
BASIC PURPOSE
The Software Quality Assurance role is a new position caused by
growth of Informz services. Informz is seeking the right individual who can work with Development
and Operations and define this new role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the QA role within the Software Development Lifecycle
Coordinate software and system testing activities for all Informz software
Provide direction for implementing software quality initiatives
Manage software defect tracking systems and processes
Manage QA activities for IT product and maintenance releases
Act as a change agent for procedures, processes and improvement initiatives.
Employ continuous process improvement to change or remove operations that cause
delay or disruption
Confer with supervisory and management staff regarding daily operation of
department, special projects, problem solving and process improvement.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
3+ years of progressively responsible QA testing experience
Experience in participating in/leading cross-departmental projects and projects
management experience
Experience in a highly structured Software Development Lifecycle environments
Technical skills include: HTML and SQL.

Marketing Intern
BASIC PURPOSE
Supports Marketing, including Web, initiatives for Informz's Marketing
department. This job will provide a Marketing student vast experience in working
for a fast-growing software eMarketing solutions company, the student will
receive a plethora of Marketing experience ranging from traditional Marketing
tactics such as tradeshows to the latest eMarketing initiatives that companies
are now incorporating into their Marketing plans, like online events and email
Marketing communications. This intern will also work with Sales in supporting
them in any Marketing support they may require. Additionally, this intern will
gain a glimpse of Account Management experience giving them exposure to other
Marketing Professionals in the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare Marketing materials for tradeshows and conferences
Compile Sales kits and fulfillment packs
Ensure PowerPoint presentations are consistent and in accordance to Corporate
Branding
Compile Competitive Intelligence documents
Research tradeshows, conferences and speaking engagement opportunities
Update Marketing project schedule
Update Sales Portal with new event information via a Content Management system
Provide marketing support to clients
Compile training materials for clients
Other Marketing support activities
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related field. Work
experience in Marketing is a plus.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Ability to handle multiple projects at once successfully. Excellent time
management, communication, decision-making, human relations, innovative
thinking, and organization skills are required.
