Introducing Survey Scoring to our survey tool, Survista Pro
Informz is pleased to announce the addition of Survey Scoring to our survey tool, Survista Pro.
Survey Scoring allows Informz users with administration rights to assign particular point values to the answers of a survey that when added up will give you an overall score for that survey. The score is then tallied and accessible when viewing the Results by Individual report under surveys under a new column called Score. Detailed information can be seen if you select View Answers.
In addition, the Results by Individual report will no longer list Value 1, Value 2 and Value 3 unless they are used in the survey. Uses for this include:
Identifying particular individuals: This could be used for sales leads, people that want to volunteer, people that need help, etc. The Results by Individual will be ordered by Score when it is being used. Testing: For example, you have an exam with 20 questions. Then you could give each correct answer a value of 5 points and the system would calculate the test scores. (100%, 95%, etc.)
Also, survey scores can be added before or after a survey goes live. Therefore if you have an older survey that you would like to add scores to you can add point values to the questions now then view the total under the Results by Individual report.
Survey Scoring now appears on the notebook hover menu to the left of the survey name. And finally, please note that scores can only be given for certain types of questions:
- Multiple Choice
- Range
- True False
- Yes No
- Poor to Excellent
- Not Satisfied to Satisfied
